01 AI-Native Design System Led the build of a code-first design system for a global B2B marketplace, strategy, architecture, and governance, with AI at the centre, not bolted on. Hired and led 1 designer for each surface, an in-store consultation tool and a Shopify app, selling diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery.
